Global Training Center

We are establishing a global training system structured as "1 headquarter + 9 regional centers". By 2026, we aim to complete the construction of 10 service and training centers across six regions - Asia-Pacific, Russian-speaking regions, Europe, America, Australia, and Africa - to provide service training and empowerment for our global distributors.

Service Training and Certification System

Technical Certification: The service training and certification system comprises three levels (primary, intermediate, and advanced), tailored to personnel with varying skill levels. Certification methods include theoretical exams and practical assessments, among others.

Management Certification: Applicable to service managers and after-sales management personnel, it adopts approaches such as online tests and assessments at offline authorized training centers.
